Description
The aim of this book is to offer coaches a complete "turnkey" training season. Each of the 160 prepared sessions is presented on a double page and includes 6 illustrated situations. The main challenge is to reconcile the need for short-term results in the next match with longer-term work to help players progress over time. To do this, the season is broken down into 8 periods, each of which is part of an athletic and tactical continuum to promote the team's development. Each period allows for the remediation of concrete problems encountered during previous games. The author has also endeavoured to go beyond a simple catalogue of exercises and to provide an effective and concretely usable tool. Thus, the proposed situations include efficiency criteria; this section draws the coach's attention to the fundamental elements that condition the impact of each situation. This reference book will accompany the educator throughout the season, whatever the level at which he coaches.
