Normally, when denim is dyed, some of the dye is absorbed by the cotton fibres, while the rest only stays on the surface of the threads. This gives denim its aging property which, in many cases, is desirable. However, when it comes to black jeans, this isn’t always the case, which is why we developed Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack denim and regular black denim is that it uses a method and type of dye that allow for better absorption as well as a stronger bond. The result is denim whose colour is much more resistant and doesn’t fade over time and washings.
