WHY DID WE DESIGN IT?

TheEnduro is based on two principles: confidence and control. There's nothing worse to spoil a cyclist's fun than a flat tire or broken rim, and nothing's scarier on a dusty track than an unexpected obstacle. With this in mind esprit has been working hard over the past two years to develop a carbon wheel system that allows you to "give it your all" without spoiling your fun, i.e. without resorting to high tire pressure, DH tires and heavy inserts to reduce the risk of pinch flats.
Based on the structure of the M70 series, which preceded the M7 series, we have redefined the rim to adapt it to modern tires and absorb the vibrations and jolts of the terrain. However, adapting a rim to a tire is not enough. We know that cyclists want the freedom to reduce tire pressure, and that this can lead to pinch flats and rim damage. ENVE offers a solution: a new rim profile featuring the patent-pending ENVE energy-absorbing protective rim tape. Thanks to this technology, cyclists can forget about inserts and use the tires they want, at the pressure of their choice. It may sound incredible, but we've managed to maintain a neutral weight and improve impact resistance.
