Leatherette and sheepskin bells provide excellent shock absorption, maximum protection from injury caused by a misbehaving horse, and a soft feel for sensitive skin with its synthetic sheepskin lining. They are made from a durable, waterproof PVC leatherette. Leatherette does not absorb dirt, sweat or water and is therefore more durable.
To some, they may seem slightly too small, but they have been specially designed for a close fit and contact, to ensure safety and stability. They are easy to position thanks to the strong velcro closure and are also easy to care for as the synthetic sheepskin is made to withstand the washing machine at 30° (no tumble dryer).
