The highly breathable Air-Mesh fabric upper is assembled with a Endurance Platform cushioning platform in soft EVA with differentiated thickness (larger on the ball of the foot, thinner in the heel) to offer excellent shock absorption in all situations and reduced ramp angle. The rear stabilizing heel pad ensures perfect control on crossings. The lacing system is integrated into the upper by means of eyelets sewn onto the inner elastic fabric and high-frequency reinforcements on the outer mesh. This system distributes lacing tension over the entire upper, enveloping the foot for perfect shoe comfort. The laces and Ortholite® Hybrid footbed are also made from recycled materials. Ultra Raptor II is also available in a Wide-Fit comfort version for runners with wide feet.
