GPR exhaust compatible with Yamaha T-Max 530 2017-2021, New Grand Prix Evo Titanium, Homologated and legal, complete exhaust system with catalytic converter and removable db killer.
No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle only on the track, without bags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be denied. From the date of purchase, repair rights are limited to returning to the GPR factory or the nearest official dealer at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
The new Grand Prix Evo Titanium silencer from GPR has been created to celebrate its 20 years of presence in the MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 World Championship. The first Grand Prix line was introduced in 2005, during the debut of the Konica Minolta team and rider Makoto Tamada, as well as the LCR team and rider Casey Stoner. The silencer is conical, with a special shape ranging from a diameter of 90 mm to 130 mm in circumference and a variable length depending on the motorcycle. It features a natural colour titanium sleeve, a black CNC machined end cap with a pentagonal outlet, and a silencer.

Collector and catalytic converter: the kit includes the specific collector in which the catalytic converter is mounted, it can be installed without cutting or making modifications; flanges, rings, brackets, and screws are included if necessary.

Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and catalytic converter or anti-tamper screws, or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on the tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with road traffic regulations on public roads.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of any issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service via email.
