The Gringo is the most versatile helmet ever designed by Urge. They hesitated to call it "Greengo", as of course, it is made from 80% recycled materials. Limiting the human impact on the planet remains a fundamental cause for the French brand.

This helmet, with a removable chin guard, comes in two versions; Gringo de la Sierra and Gringo de la Pampa. Always modulable in either version, but they thought that Mr. de la Pampa would usually ride without removing his chin guard, so they equipped it with maximum ventilation in the full-face version. Mr. de la Sierra, on the other hand, likes to ride with an "open" helmet before putting on the chin guard for the descent. He will probably prefer this option with the ventilation grid for extra protection. But in the end, it’s mostly the aesthetic criterion that will sway the final decision; with or without a grid, it’s up to you to decide which one suits your taste better.

In any case, the Gringo is extremely well-ventilated with or without the chin guard.
