This harness exerts pressure and allows for the adjustment of one breast's position after surgery. It is specially designed for breast augmentation and reconstruction surgeries. It consists of a belt and a strap with Velcro.

In breast reconstruction or augmentation, implants are either inserted or reconstructed with organic materials. After surgery, the operated breast is placed in a position that is not ideal. To prevent capsular contracture and to ensure the implant remains in the correct position, support must be provided to the breast from above using a harness that goes over the bandage. It consists of a belt with hooks and Velcro, which wraps around the torso, pressing on the reconstructed breast and preventing the implants from moving.
