Are db killers removable? Altering db killer welds or tamper-proof bolts or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is noise approved, the customer must check beforehand if the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with public road regulations and for the annual inspection.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with assembly instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
It is necessary to cut the original collector. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of exhaust due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty. This is effective from the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one for repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
