The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to conversion to race version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
