Lock nut

The Brooks saddle lock Pinhead prevents your saddle from being separated from your seat post. It is used for saddles with horizontal fixing bolts. The locknut replaces the horizontal locks. Once installed, the Brooks saddle lock stays on your bike permanently, even while you ride.

If you need to remove your saddle, your Pinhead key lets you do it quickly and easily. Pinhead locks cannot be removed with tools such as hammers, pliers, picks, universal sockets, grinders, or bolt cutters. Our convex disc technology prevents your components from being taken by bike thieves. Our locks use a special coded key. The key is ergonomically designed to install and tighten your locks using only a spanner.

Each key is different and comes engraved with an eight-digit code so it can be replaced if lost. With your key code, you can order matching locks to protect your other components or bikes.
