Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives, this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks; using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance if the presence of the original catalyst or the GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in the event of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of any issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
2 in 1 Rx No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials visible on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a luggage rack, without a flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
