The MTX 2 is a rod that offers the length needed to achieve the characteristics of the rive but retains the power of a fringe rod. These two features make it the perfect rod for most commercial fishing situations.

This rod has been specially developed for modern commercial fishing, whether targeting big carp or fussy F1s.

All poles are built on the same mandrel, making the range fully interchangeable between existing MTX poles and redesigned V2 models.

All feature our MST layering technology, Glide tape finish and reinforced 1k carbon weave joints.

The No3 and No4 sections are equipped with Matrix protective cones.

All top kits are fitted with PTFE bushes and our rotating side extractors.

EVA bungs are fitted to all mini-extensions to prevent damage to poles.
