- With ONE WAY BLEEDING technology, developed for quick and easy prevention of air in our hydraulic system. The oil flow in the system has been streamlined to prevent air bubbles. The one-way oil flow, along with a funnel tool and mineral oil, provides an easy and clean bleeding system.
- With ICE TECHNOLOGIES. Overheating, which can occur on the disc and pad during prolonged downhill braking, negatively impacts brake performance. Shimano has adapted the ICE TECHNOLOGIES disc and pad for a cooling technology that provides consistent performance. The coated disc gear, with a 3-layer sandwich structure of stainless steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, offers better heat dissipation performance. A heat dissipation wing has also been adapted for the pad. Additionally, the coated disc gear and the radiator wing ensure a longer lifespan for the pad, less noise, reduced overheating, and a lightweight design.
