WHY DID WE DESIGN IT?

ENVE proved to the world that a mountain bike wheel could be designed in carbon. We're extremely proud of this achievement. But there's more to a mountain bike wheel than that. The M6 series is not just about technical challenges, and we refuse to race against technology just to claim the biggest, tallest or strongest equipment. For the M6 wheel series, the question of carbon didn't arise. Rather, it was a question of determining the potential of a mountain bike wheel.
Each wheel model in the M6 series is designed for a range of widths, hub configurations and tire sizes, so that modern trail riders can choose what suits them best.
In the field, we've raised the bar by outperforming the already exceptional M60 series. The new M6 series is not only wide, it's also extremely light. This lightness is invaluable in terms of feel and acceleration, but the weight saving in no way compromises strength and reliability. As a result, the M6 series features the patent-pending ENVE hookless wide-beam technology. It's the keystone of the range, preventing pinch flats and damage to hookless beams.
