Connector and catalytic converter for fitting: this kit includes the specific catalysed connector and the corresponding kit of brackets and accessories, allowing installation without structural modifications.

Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
If you purchase online, it is recommended to buy the product from a seller in YOUR NATION to ensure that the item arrives with the appropriate approvals that must also comply with local legislation. Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local residents and not for tourists.
It is intended to be fitted in a high position. No structural modifications to the bike are required for fitting to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight or license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty. From the date of purchase, repair rights will apply with returns to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
