For online purchases, it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the appropriate stamped coupon from the installation workshop by email; for purchases in physical stores, the shop stamp is sufficient. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a spotlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the modification to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of warranty on the product and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.

Removable db killers? Altering the db killer welds or tamper-proof screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
WARNING: this item is approved for noise, the customer must check in advance whether the presence of the original catalyst or GPR catalyst is necessary in their country to comply with public road traffic regulations and to carry out the annual inspection.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service via email.
