Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU regulations, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have them installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on visible platforms and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without bags, without torch and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas flow as a result of the transformation to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with repair rights returning to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
