Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on public roads is not compliant with road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on a track only, without a bag, flashlight, number plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any request for repairs will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
