Designed in collaboration with BD athlete Joe Grant, the fixed-length Distance Carbon weighs just 95 grams per stick (120 cm), making it the lightest stick ever made by BD. Contact points are minimal but well placed, such as the subtle ring in the middle of the shaft for balance and grip when the stick is carried horizontally. The lightweight ultra EVA handle provides just the right amount of comfort, and the lower strands feature low-volume removable washers for ultimate versatility. In short, the Distance Carbon is designed to go fast, whether you're setting out on a 10-hour trail or chaining summits with speed and lightness.
