Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Recommendations for mounting: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
Original rear footrest cannot be used. No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or visible tutorials and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if it were on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
