  • The size solution for the S-M10 shell ensures that each helmet size has its own appropriate shell size to provide the most suitable anatomical solution for the wide variations in fit needs around the world.
  • Removable side pads, made from a semi-soft polymer for added protection, provide a larger contact surface to help distribute impact energy.
  • The patented A-Head mounting system allows for easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet rests on the head.
  • Ultra-ventilated helmet with 28 individual intake and exhaust ports, not including the eye port, with 18 intakes and 10 outputs, for optimal ventilation.
  • Multi-directional impact protection system (MIPS). MIPS is a system designed to reduce rotational forces that can result from certain impacts and works by adding two low-friction layers that act against each other and essentially serve as a sliding plane to mimic the brain's own low-friction cerebrospinal fluid, which is the body's natural defense against oblique impacts.

  • The construction of the helmet shell uses highly advanced moulding technology with a multi-composite combination:
  • 3K Carbon, outer layer of high-density carbon that enhances strength and energy dissipation efficiency across the shell
  • Unidirectional carbon composite layer that provides significantly greater radial strength around the shell, preventing compression while allowing controlled deviation to reduce transmitted impact energy
  • Aramid fibre layer that provides critical penetration protection
  • This combination of layers performs even better thanks to an epoxy resin binder that offers the best possible strength and energy management; limited deviation of the outer shell means energy is distributed more broadly and better absorbed by the 4-density EPS liner.
  • The newly redesigned chin bar profile, where the base area has been specifically sculpted to provide a relief section, raised to clear the collarbone, with a new softer EPS liner that extends beyond the shell of the helmet itself, and is covered by a more flexible rubber compound reducing the risk of collarbone injury.
