The outer shell PB-CLC2 is made from a special Z composite of various resins and is balanced with a lightweight inner lining that lowers the centre of gravity.

Comfort in the SZ-R VAS EVO is optimal for long distances, thanks to internal contact points that wrap around the rider's head evenly. The interior is also fully adjustable and designed for the use of glasses and speakers. Ventilation is provided by the same diffuser technology used in the RX-7V EVO, the flagship model for competition, along with an aerodynamic stabiliser.

The SZ-R VAS EVO comes with a Pinlock insert.
