TOECAP CROSSFIBER® Latest innovation S.24 in protective toe caps, the CROSSFIBER® is a non-metallic toe cap made of a mesh of glass fibres / carbon fibres. The inclusion of carbon in the composition results in a 33% weight reduction compared to traditional glass fibre toe caps. The decrease in weight, especially at the front of the shoe, reduces the fatigue for the wearer. The strength of carbon also allows for a slimmer design while maintaining remarkable results in impact tests. The CROSSFIBER® toe cap is non-metallic, making it non-magnetic (does not set off metal detectors) and thermal-insulating (does not conduct heat or cold).
