Coming from the Superbike World Championship, the engineers at D.I.D continuously improve chain design to make the most of the immense power loads of today's high-performance motorcycles. Traditionally, tensile strength is the reference for ranking chain quality, but tensile strength is only a static lab measure of a chain's breaking point. Rigidity, on the other hand, is the ability of a chain to withstand the loads experienced in both everyday riding and on a circuit. Increased rigidity means better power transfer to the ground, greater resistance to stretching under load, and better use of our current hyper-sport motorcycles. The area of use is given as a guideline; chain requirements vary from one motorcycle model to another. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations!
