Sisal dartboards are also used in official dart tournaments. One of the advantages of sisal is that the darts stick better in the board and the board lasts longer.
Because the number ring is removable, you can rotate the board and extend its lifespan. The webbing of the board contains thin, triangularly cut metal edges, therefore the chance of bounce-outs is reduced.
