The Set foam plyobox provides plyometric training for all levels and powers. To increase the diffi culty of exercises, simply stack additional plyoboxes and connect them together with their Velcro straps. The plyoboxes are made of firm foam. Ideal for plyometric work with many repetitions, so the risk of injury is reduced.
