Who is the Fish 6'9 Prism suitable for? This model is designed for a weight range of 60 to 100kg. It’s quite easy to paddle with its volume of 52L and width of 20″, allowing for quick take-offs in small to medium waves. It suits an evolving or experienced surfer. This model can also be suitable for a beginner with a smaller build. The implementation of our boards' lamination follows a strict specification to achieve more strength with less weight: climate-controlled laminating rooms to ensure an ideal humidity level for perfect drying (more strength with equal lamination). Vacuum lamination with a resin drain: the fibreglass needs the right amount of resin for its saturation. The vacuum process pulls the resin into the fibre, and the excess is drained away. Because too much resin means a heavier board, but more importantly, it reduces strength as the fibreglass becomes brittle.
