The Ozone are stylish and lightweight sunglasses developed by Wiley X for superb eye protection for sports, outdoor activities, and everyday use.
The Captivate™ lenses are extruded, cut, and heat-formed from shatterproof Selenite™ polycarbonate. The lenses are then coated with a hard oléophobic, anti-scratch, and anti-reflective coating for increased resistance to scrapes and surface damage. The Captivate™ sunglasses offer clear colours and bright details with substantial glare reduction and eye protection. They also provide 100% HEV, UVA, and UVB protection and distortion-free clarity. The smoke-tinted lens ensures a 15% light transmission, absorbs colours evenly for accurate shade perception, and eliminates glare. They are ideal for bright light and intense lighting conditions during the day.
The reinforced frame and temple arms are injection moulded from Tryloid nylon and anatomically shaped for better comfort during extended wear. The material used makes them lightweight and exceptionally durable. The integrated Air Intake Regulator™ prevents peripheral light, pollutants, and solid objects from passing under the glasses. It also reduces fogging on the lenses thanks to better air circulation. The additional rubber elements on the ends of the temple arms reduce fatigue and increase grip.
