We've given the jockey wheel tooth geometry a new look and even refined it.

With all these additional technologies, we managed to keep the weight the same, well under 200 grams. EXACT ACTUATION®:When we launched our road technology from scratch, we reapplied our proven SRAM 1:1 actuation ratio (shifter cable travel: derailleur movement) for 10-speed rear shifting.
EA simplifies and stabilizes the difficult balance between rear derailleur hanger design, tight spacing of the sprockets and exact cable tension.
The result: the easiest derailleur system to set up and stay set up.
