Description
Road front derailleur Sram Force22 Braze-On Yaw/Chain Spotter
SRAM Force 22
- Introducing the front derailleur that changed everything: now available at SRAM Force 22, to allow riders to shift incredibly fast in any chainring, without adjustment and without chain seizure.
- The Yaw front derailleur swivel clevis was just one more elegant solution to a problem that has plagued drivetrains for decades. Instead of making multiple shifts that require adjustment, with confusing micro-shifts, the Yaw front derailleur from SRAM Force 22 pivots to maintain a constant angle relationship with the chain.
- This makes shifting more direct and precise, as the system works in symbiosis with the chain, crankset and chainrings.
- The Yaw clevis pivots in line with the chainring, improving shifting speed and precision while eliminating the need to adjust the shifter.
- TRUE 22 - Twenty-two gears in all possible gear combinations without binding or rubbing.
- The thin spring eliminates frame interference.
- Durable, lightweight, fast, precise and optimized to work with X-Glide R chainrings.
- Precise alignment markings.
- Integrated chainring markings protect your frame, install and adjust independently of the derailleur.
- Rather than simply moving forward and backward, the derailleur cage pivots to maintain a constant angle relationship with the chain. We call this Yaw technology, which eliminates the need to adjust the shifter. As a result, shifting is more direct, more precise and, combined with the new RED crankset and chainrings, offers unparalleled forward shifting performance.
