The Japon 2023 home jersey is here. Innovation and history meet as the latest on-field performance technologies are treated to the unique design for which JRFU has become famous.

The inspiration comes from the KABUTO, a warrior's helmet worn on the battlefields of the Sengoku period, and later becoming part of samurai armor. Traditional Kissyo motifs are said to bring the right fortune to the design of the red and white hoops, while a subtle lily (the national flower of France) is also featured in a humble nod to the RWC 2023 host country.
