The GT8HW-IF probe is perfect for ice fishermen who want clear definition of the bottom under the ice, as well as contrasting, clear and wide fish targeting with excellent target separation. The wider beam width - beam angle up to 24 degrees - provides a wider area of coverage in the water.
The 8-pin probe features a traditional CHIRP high and wide band sonar (150-240 kHz) and delivers 250 W of power. Its shape and beamwidths have been optimized for ice fishing, while its silicone-coated cable remains flexible even in harsh winter conditions.
