While the original MA-1 was designed to protect pilots from the harsh conditions of cold weather zones, the TT model was created to offer the opposite: it's lightweight nylon construction and the absence of padding promote breathability while maintaining the superior quality and versatility you expect from Alpha. The MA-1 TT Hood is similar to the MA-1, but this style has a removable hood inlay and a patch on the chest that makes the look a little more casual.
