Our NMEA 2000 Network Update Adapter enables updates to Garmin products and NMEA 2000 accessories that are not equipped with an SD™ card reader.
To update your network, temporarily* connect this adapter to your boat's onboard network and then download the update for your devices to an SD card for free from Garmin.com/en. Insert the card into the Network Update Adapter and the update will automatically install on all products connected to the NMEA 2000 network.
The network update adapter is not waterproof and must be removed after updating your NMEA 2000 network.
